b. School Safeguards.

• DMV-required physical records, if retained, are stored in locked cabinets with restricted staff access.

• Financial transactions are processed with banking-grade encryption standards.
  
  

3. Use of Personal Information

We collect and use Student information, including name, address, telephone number, email address, permit information, and lesson history, for lawful business purposes as described below:
